30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Conditions for Returnable Items
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting an RA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all original tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided with your RA instructions. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
